You are not authorized to use the Service unless you have read and agreed to the entire contents of this Agreement. By purchasing or using the Service, you have entered into an agreement with Weather Live and will voluntarily accept all content of this Agreement.
1.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of continuous monthly subscription services is subject to this Agreement.
1.2 If this Agreement and related Terms of Service are subject to revision as a result of business development, you can go to the APP to check the terms of the latest version of the Agreement. After Weather Live modifies the above terms, if you do not accept the revised terms, you may opt out of using the continuous monthly subscription service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.
2.1 Under the premise that you have opened this service, you irrevocably authorize Weather Live to entrust Apple (in this agreement "Apple" refers to Apple Inc. and its affiliates) payment channel from your Apple ID when the monthly service expiration date is about to expire. The monthly fee for the next billing period is deducted.
2.2 Continuous monthly subscription: Weather Live entrusts Apple's payment channel to collect the monthly fee for the next billing period of the corresponding paid service through the account described in Article 2.1, and credits the payment to the payment record, and at the same time extends the deduction method for the validity period of the paid service. You need to ensure that Apple's payment channel is successfully debited from the above account. Due to the failure of the renewal of the balance in the above account, you are responsible for the failure (including but not limited to the termination of the corresponding rights, can not participate in related activities, etc.).
2.3 If you choose Apple Payment Channel to enjoy the service, you will be deemed to agree to the Apple Payment Channel to issue the debit order, and agree that Apple Payment Channel can not verify your account password, payment password, SMS check code and other information from above. The account deducts the monthly fee for the next billing cycle.
3.1 If you open this service, you are deemed to authorize Weather Live to deduct the service charge for one month's billing period from your Apple ID balance when the paid service you purchased is about to expire. The specific deduction node is for each 24 hours before the billing period expires.
3.2 If there is an error in the deduction process, Weather Live and you should work closely to find out the reasons and each bear the loss caused by your own fault; if the losses caused by the unequal ambiguity of the two parties, the two parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault; If both parties are responsible, the parties shall share the responsibility.
3.3 After you choose to use the service, unless you choose to terminate the service, your automatic debit authorization for Weather Live is irrevocable. Weather Live is deducted based on the payment method selected by the service when you open the automatic renewal service. The fees will not be refunded in any way for the fees you paid.
3.4 If the Weather Live monthly service price is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Weather Live will publicize the revised content on the relevant page before the deduction and deduct the current effective price.
3.5 Weather Live does not charge any fees for you to open this service, but Weather Live has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal period and fees according to business needs or market changes, and make announcements on relevant pages.
3.6 The service provided by Weather Live is limited to your use on the Weather Live APP. Any use of the paid membership service by illegal means such as malicious cracking to revoke the fee will constitute a violation of this Agreement. All legal consequences caused by this are the responsibility of the perpetrator, and Weather Live will pursue the legal liability of the perpetrator according to law.
4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by Weather Live, the Service will be valid for a long time. This Agreement will become effective after you choose to accept or use the Service until you terminate the Service or cancel your paid membership.
4.2 Weather Live reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to you immediately in any of the following circumstances, without liability to you or any third party:
(1) Confirmation of illegal or infringing acts by the state administrative or judicial authorities' legal instruments, or Weather Live may, in its sole discretion, consider that your actions are suspected of violating the content of this Agreement or the usage rules published by Weather Live APP from time to time. Or suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations;
(2) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the Weather Live APP;
(3) Weather Live believes that there is a significant risk to providing this service to you.
4.3 Weather Live may choose to suspend, suspend and suspend the Service for reasons such as its own business decisions. In the event of such a situation, Weather Live will notify you by notice.
4.4 You have the right to terminate this service at any time on the Weather Live APP related page. After termination, NetEase will stop providing this service to you. Termination method:

If you do not close your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, this subscription will be automatically renewed.
4.5 The order that you have entrusted Weather Live Auto Renewal Deduction before you choose to terminate this service is still valid. Once Weather Live is successfully debited, it will not be refunded, and will provide you with the monthly service for the next billing cycle.
